You no longer have to bear the agony of an untold story.
You deserve a safe space to tell it!
Concierge Therapy in Northern Virginia
We all have a story to share
You might find yourself in the midst of a story, a trauma, that you didn’t ask for. One that you don’t want to be a part of.
Perhaps because of something you have done. Or maybe because of something that has been done to you. Something that you have hidden your entire life. Something that makes you feel sick inside. Something that makes you feel completely exposed; see-through.
It feels like a nightmare, where there is nowhere to turn and no one to turn to. You feel Alone. Abandoned. Ashamed.
Stories have a way of grabbing our hearts. We resonate with them. We find hope. Courage. Redemption. And it is in some that we find ourselves.
Be Brave
Your pain matters. Your trauma is real and valid. I could be the one you entrust with your story. Before you call, here’s what I want to share with you…
Counseling takes a great deal of work, and this work is difficult. No, not difficult. It’s more than that. It’s intimidating. Emotionally exhausting. Gut-wrenchingly horrible. Excruciating. And… it’s also inconceivably brave and life changing!
Find Your Courage
Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak;
courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.

Hi, I’m Ryan
I’m not just a therapist, I’m a human being.
One who feels deeply, loves wholeheartedly, and has made loads of mistakes throughout the years.
I’ve experienced my own demons, trespasses, grief, things done by me and to me, and have gone through the (ongoing) counseling process myself. I’ve been there and can relate to many of my clients, sharing parts of my own story.
I absolutely love what I do. The counseling relationship is something sacred, and I am honored and privileged by the people who are willing to show up, be vulnerable, and tell their stories.
